Cancellations
All orders may be canceled while they still have not been shipped out. If you wish to make changes or cancellation to your orders, you must immediately contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, your orders can no longer be canceled or changed.
Refunds
You have up to 10 days from the day you received your orders to review and notify us of any issue with your purchases.
Circumstances that qualify for refunds:
- you did not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period, whereby you may opt for a refund or a re-shipment at no extra cost to you.
- you received the wrong product, whereby you may opt for a refund or a re-shipment at no extra cost to you.
Circumstances which do NOT qualify for refunds:
- your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing an incorrect shipping address).
- your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Great Buy Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Great Buy Store.
Kindly submit your refund requests to contact@thegreatbuystore.co.business. If your request is approved, your refund will be credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
All our products are made to order, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except for defective or damaged items. If you are unhappy with our product for any reason whatsoever, just let us know and we will do our best to make things right for you. We love our customers and your satisfaction is our #1 priority!
Replacements
For items that arrived defective or damaged, you must contact us within 10 days after accepting delivery of your orders, failing which your replacement request will not be accepted or entertained. Please provide photos of the defective item along with the order number to contact@thegreatbuystore.co.business.
